Okay, so the location was pretty awesome! It's right in the heart of the shopping district, making it super easy to grab some food and explore! I also liked that the room was quite spacious, which was nice for a cozy romantic escape.

But wow, the whole experience was a bit of a mess. The check-in process felt chaotic, and the staff seemed confused about our reservation like they didn’t even see it! The cleanliness was a major letdown too; the towels weren’t fresh, and we didn't get basic toiletries at first. Not to mention the breakfast was seriously lacking. definitely not the romantic getaway I was hoping for!
